骨质疏松防治药物研究(3):喹啉酮类衍生物的合成及其抗骨质疏松活性

STUDIES OF DRUGS FOR OSTEOPOROSIS(3)SYNTHESIS OF QUINOLINONE DERIV A TIVES AND THEIR TREATMENT OF OSTEOPOROSIS

  • Abstract: In order to obtain more effective drugs with less side effects for the treatment ofosteoporosis ,we designed and synthesized fourteen quinolinone derivatives.The 14 title compounds have not been reported in literature.Their structures were confirmed byelemental analysis ,IR ,MS and 1H-NMR.Initial pharmacological test showed that target compound TM-11 could stimulate bone formationin Wistar rat embryo in culture and showed higher activity in stimulating bone formation thanipriflavone.
