启开式分级转移干柱层析法

OPEN STEP-GRADED GRAFT DRY COLUMN CHROMATOGRAPHY

  • 摘要: 在普通干柱层析的基础上,设计了一种启开式干柱,用凹式干板法摸索条件,在一个柱内装数种(或同种不同活性的)吸附剂展开,亦可根据需要将粗分的谱带不经洗脱,再作为样品直接上柱展开的层析方法。本文介绍了该方法的装置及操作,并进行了初步的理论探讨。

     

    Abstract: A new technique, for dry-Column-chromatography is-described. It possesses three advantages: 1. The column can be opened; 2. Several adsorbents can be packed in the same column according to dry TLC prepared with grooved, glass; 3. Impure: bands can be removed and redeveloped without elution. : The technique, apparatus and theory for themethod are included together with examples of application. The method is found to be rapid, economic and effective for the separation of mixtures.
