二阶导数光谱法和紫外光谱法测定复方制剂中盐酸溴己胺和二羟丙茶碱

APPLICATION OF SECOND DERIVATIVE SPECTROMETRY TO THE DETERMINATION OF BROMHEXINE HYDROCHLORIDE AND SPECTROPHOTOMETRY TO THE DETERMINATION OF DYPHYLLINE IN COMPOUND PREPARATION

  • 摘要: 本文在含有五个组分的复方制剂中直接以水为溶剂,在350~290nm波长范围中,间隔4nm求得盐酸溴己胺的二阶导数的振幅值,消除其它四个组分的干扰,测定其含量。再用水稀释100倍后在273nm测定二羟丙茶碱。本法简便、准确。为了推广导数方法的应用,同时采用手动式分光光度计进行实验,也获得了满意的结果。

     

    Abstract: Bromhexine hydrochloride in compound preparations was determined directly by using second derivative spectrometry. Dyphylline was determined by using spectrometry. The proposed method is simple and rapid without any preliminary separation. The results obtained are satisfactory both in recovery and in precision. The average recoveries of bromhexine HCl and dyphylline were 99.59±0.72%(CV), and 100.6 ± 0.47% (CV), respectively.
