DETERMINATION OF IMPURITIES IN ANAESTHETIC ETHER BY GC/MS METHOD

摘要: 用气相色谱-质谱联机,以国产高分子微球GDX-502为色谱柱填充剂,分析了以乙醇-硫酸法合成的麻醉乙醚中的杂质,共分出十三个杂质,确证了十个。它们是乙烯,丙烯,异丁烷,环丁烷,丁烯类化合物三个,甲基乙基醚,乙基异丙基醚,乙酸乙酯。Abstract: The impurities in anaethetic ether were investigated by gas chromatographic-mass spectrometric method. GDX-502, a cross linked polystyrene beads was used as the column packing material. Thirteen impurities were discovered in anaesthetic ether, synthesized by ethanol-sulfuric acid method. Ten of them were identified. They are ethylene, propylene, isobutane, cyclobutane, three isomeric butenes, methyl ethyl ether, ethyl isopropyl ether, and ethyl acetate.
