补骨脂中新异黄酮成分的分离与结构鉴定

Isolation and structure identification of a new isoflavone from Psoralea corylifolia

  • 摘要: 目的研究补骨脂的化学成分。方法用色谱法分离化合物,根据理化性质和光谱数据鉴定结构。结果分离鉴定了6个化合物:补骨脂素(1),异补骨脂素(2),补骨脂查耳酮(3),补骨脂定(4),大豆苷(5),补骨脂异黄酮苷(6)。结论化合物6为新化合物,化合物5为首次从该植物中分离得到。

     

    Abstract: AimTo study the chemical constituents of the fruits of Psoralea corylifolia L. Methods The constituents were separated and purified by column chromatography with normal phase silica gel and polyamide. Their structures were identified on the basis of physical and spectral data (MS, NMR, HMBC and HMQC). ResultsSix compounds were isolated and identified as psoralen (1), isopsoralen (2), bavachalcone (3), psoralidin (4), daidzin (5) and bavadin (6). ConclusionCompound 6 is a new compound. Compound 5 was isolated from this plant for the first time.
