湖北贝母的HPLC指纹图谱分析

HPLC fingerprint of Fritillaria hupehensis

  • 摘要: 目的建立湖北贝母的指纹图谱分析方法。方法采用高效液相色谱-蒸发光散射检测法以Hypersil ODS(250 mm×4.6 mm ID,5 μm)为色谱柱;流动相:甲醇(含0.05%三乙胺)-水梯度洗脱;流速:1.0 mL·min-1;记录时间:60 min;以蒸发光散射检测器(ELSD)检测,检测条件:漂移管温度75 ℃,氮气流速1.9 L·min-1。结果用梯度洗脱得到的色谱图各色谱峰分离较好,达到指纹图谱要求。结论为更好的控制湖北贝母的内在质量提供了可靠的分析方法。

     

    Abstract: AimTo establish a fingerprint analysis method of Fritillaria hupehensis. MethodsThe fingerprint was performed by HPLC-ELSD. Hypersil ODS column was used; the mobile phase was composed of methanol (with 0.05% triethylamine) and water with gradient elution; flow rate was 1.0 mL·min-1; recording time was 60 min; drift tube temperature was 75 ℃; gas flow rate was 1.9 L·min-1. ResultsHPLC fingerprint of Fritillaria hupehensis was obtained. ConclusionA reliable method was provided for controlling the quality of Fritillaria hupehensis.
