五味子素类似物的合成

SYNTHESES OF SOME DERIVATIVES OF SCHIZANDRINS

  • 摘要: 鉴于临床报道具有明显降血清谷丙转氨酶(SGPT)作用的五味子酯甲,酯乙、酯丙等化合物结构的若干特点,本文作者设计并合成了一系列具有不同取代基的联苯类和二苯骈环辛二烯类化合物,经实验性小鼠四氯化碳中毒性肝炎模型试验结果表明,Ⅺe与Ⅺf具有明显降酶作用。深入工作尚在进行中。

     

    Abstract: In view of some specific feature of the chemical structure of Schizandrins, which showed significant effect in lowering the serum glutamic pyruvic transaminase (SGPT) level of paitents suffering from chronic virus hepatitis, we report in this article the syntheses of the following series of compounds, namely, the substituted aromatic derivatives of 2,2-bis-methoxyl-carbonyl-biphenyl and 7,8-dibenzo-cyclo-1,3-octadiene. The synthetic compounds have been tested on experimental abnormally high SGPT level in animals induced by carbon tetrachloride. Preliminary result showed that compounds Ⅺe and Ⅺf possessed much stronger inhibitory action. Further pharmacological studies of these compounds are in progress.
