灭螺增效剂的合成

SYNTHESIS OF MOLLUSCICIDAL SYNERGISTS

  • 摘要: 药物灭螺是血吸虫病防治的重要环节之一,为了寻找更好的灭螺增效剂,设计合成了O,O′-二烷基-O″-(2-取代-3-苯并呋喃乙腈-α-肟)磷酸酯和硫代磷酸酯(Ⅵ1~13),O,O′-二烷基-O″-(2-噻吩乙腈-α-肟)磷酸酯(Ⅹ14,15)等化合物15个。初步试验表明,化合物X15与五氯酚钠合用有较强灭螺增效作用,化合物Ⅹ14及Ⅵ1,2,3,6,8,10,12,13亦有一定的灭螺增效活性,化合物Ⅵ10,12除增效作用外本身尚有一定的杀螺活性。

     

    Abstract: Chemical molluscicides are useful in schistosomiasis control. A synergistcan potentiate the efficacy and reduce the dosage of a molluscicide, thus decreasing thetoxicity and environmental pollution. In order to search for potential molluscicidalsynergists, 13 compounds of O, O - dialkyl- O - (2-substituted- 3-benzofurylacetonitrile-α-oximino)phosphate or thiophosphate (VI1~13) and 2 compounds of O, O - dialkyl-O-(2-thienylacetonitrile-α-oximino)phosphate(X14.15)were prepared. Preliminary testdemonstrated that compound X15 had strong synergic effect with sodium pentachlorophenolin combating mollusks. Compounds X14 and VI1.2.3.6.8.10.12. 13. also showed some molluscicidalsynergistic activity.
