用醋酸钾作为制备青霉素钾盐的结晶反应剂
POTASSIUM ACETATE AS CRYSTALLIZING REACTANT FOR THE PREPARATION OF POTASSIUM PENICILLIN

摘要: 作者在1949年冬建议使用醋酸钾作为制取青霉素钾盐的结晶反应剂,并在同年12月17日试验成功后,将试制经过作了报道。几年来,这一方法经有关的同志们在研究室和实验生产上试用和改进,效果已大为提高——从青霉素有机溶媒提取液直接沉淀结晶的收得率约为70%,运用恒沸蒸馏技术的晶体收得率约达90%。除收得率高于一般方法外,在用料经济和操作的便利和安全方面也证实了用醋酸钾作为青霉素结晶反应剂是适合于青霉素工业生产使用的。为了总结几年来的经验,现在结合各种结晶方法加以比较,提出个人对于青霉素工业生产的认识,并将这一方法作较详的叙述。Abstract: 1.A brief summary of the literature on the methods of purification and preparation of penicillin salts is given.The methods are compared and technical requirements for industrial-scale production are discussed. 2.Potassium acetate saturated in ethyl alcohol is proposed(first in 1949) as crystallizing reactant for the preparation of the potassium salt of penicillin.It was found to give 70% yield of the crystalline salt in direct precipitation from organic solvent extracts and 90% yield when azeotropic distillation was employed. 3.Experiments on the method are given in detail and the conditions for its application in industry are indicated.
