白射干黄酮类成分的研究

摘要: 首次从鸢尾科鸢尾属植物白花射干(Iris dichotoma Pall.)根茎中分离出七个黄酮类化合物。根据理化常数及光谱数据,证明成分Ⅰ为一新异黄酮5,3′-dihvdroxy-4′,5′-dimetheoxy-6,7-methylene-dioxyisoflavone,命名为自射干素(dichotomitin),成分Ⅱ为次野鸢尾黄素(irisflorentin),成分Ⅲ为汉黄芩素(wogonin),成分Ⅳ为鼠李秦素(rhamnazin),成分Ⅴ为野鸢尾甙元(irigenin),成分Ⅵ为鸢尾甙元(tectorigenin),,成分Ⅶ为鸢尾甙(tectoridin)。Abstract: Seven flavonoids have been isolated from the methanol extract of the rhizome of Iris dichotoma Pall. (Iridaceae). Of the seven flavonoids, six had been isolated from other plants, they are irisflorentin(Ⅱ), wogonin(Ⅲ), rhamnazin(Ⅳ), irigenin(Ⅴ), tectorigenin(Ⅵ), tectoridin(Ⅶ). The first flavonoid is a new isoflavone, named dichotomitin, and was shown to be 53′-dihydroxy-4′5′-dimetheoxy-6,7-methylenedioxyisoflavone.
