雷公藤酮的结构

THE STRUCTURE OF TRIPTERYGONE

  • 摘要: 从雷公藤(Tripterygium wilfordii)根心中分到三个三萜化合物(Ⅰ,Ⅱ,Ⅲ),经光谱数据分析,确定Ⅲ为一个新的木栓烷类衍生物,命名为雷公藤酮,化学名为3-hydroxy-25-norfriedel-3,1(10)-dien-2-one-30-oic acid.Ⅰ为3β,22β-dihydroxy-△12-oleanen-29-oic acid,Ⅱ为2a,3a,24-trihydroxy-△12-ursene-28-oic acid,系首次从雷公藤属植物中分离得到。

     

    Abstract: Three triterpene compounds have been isolated from the roots of Tripterygiun wilfordii Hook F. The structure of the new compound, 3-hydroxy- 25 -norfriedel-3 , 1 (10)-dien-2-one- 30 oic acid named tripterygone (Ⅲ), and the identity of others, 3β, 22β- dihydroxy-Δ12-oleanen-29-oic acid (Ⅰ)and 2α, 3α, 24 -trihydroxy -Δ12-ursene- 28-oic acid (Ⅱ)have been established by spectral data and physical properties. Compound Ⅱ was isolated for the first time from the title plant.
