萘普生钠/磷酸钙骨水泥药物缓释体系的研究

STUDY ON SODIUM-NEPROXEN-LOADED CALCIUM PHOSPHATE CEMENT AS DRUG DELIVERY SYSTEM

  • 摘要: 目的:研究以磷酸钙骨水泥为载体、定点缓释萘普生钠的体系,为该体系的临床应用提供指导。方法:载药磷酸钙骨水泥固化后,用X衍射、凝结时间测试等方法评价其操作特性,用紫外光谱研究药物在37℃模拟体液中的缓释动力学。结果:药物的引入未影响材料的操作性能,该体系的药物缓释符合Higuchi模型。结论:对药物采取适当的包埋,并通过调节固液比、药物包埋量等条件可达到药物控制释放的目的。

     

    Abstract: AIM:To study a novel drug delivery system based on calcium phosphate cement (CPC) in vitro with sodium neproxen (SN) as a model drug. METHODS: After SN-loaded CPC was hardened, the properties of the material were evaluated by X-ray diffraction and setting time test. UV was used to measure in vitro drug release from CPC pellets into simulated body fluid at 37℃. RESULTS: SN did not affect the properties of CPC, and the drug release was found to agree with the Higuchi equation. CONCLUSION: The controlled delivery of drug could be attained by choosing the reasonable implanting operation and adjusting the parameters, such as the ratio of powder to liquid, the amount of drug and so on.
