Structural identification of huperzinine C

  • 摘要: 目的研究石杉科植物蛇足石杉Huperzia serrata (Thunb.) Trev.的生物碱成分。方法采用各种色谱技术进行分离纯化,经光谱数据分析鉴定其结构。结果从蛇足石杉中分离得到一个生物碱单体。结论该化合物为一具三环结构的新的lycodine型生物碱,命名为蛇足石杉碱丙(huperzinine C)。

     

    Abstract: AimTo study the alkaloid constituents of Huperzia serrata (Thunb.) Trev.. Methods Chromatographic methods were used for the isolation and purification. Structure was elucidated on the basis of chemical analysis and spectroscopic data. ResultsAn alkaloid constituent was isolated from H.serrata (Thunb.) Trev.. ConclusionThe compound was found to be a novel lycodine type alkaloid with tricyclic structure named huperzinine C.
