枳椇子黄酮类成分研究
STUDY ON FLAVONOIDS IN SEEDS OF HOVENIA DULCIS

摘要: 从北枳(Hovenia dulcis Thunb)种子中首次分离并鉴定了4个黄酮类化合物,即双氢山奈酚( dihydrokaempferol I )、槲皮素(quercetin II)、(+)-3,3′,5′,5,7-五羟基双氢黄酮(+)-3,3′,5′,5,7-pentahydroflavanone III和(+)-双氢杨梅黄素(+)dihydromyricetin IV。其中II为新化合物,I和IV为首次从该属植物中分到。Abstract: Four flavanoids were isolated from the seed of Hovenia dulcis Thunb. On the basis of physicochemical properties and spectroscopic analysis, their structures were identified as dihydrokaempferol (I), quercetin (II), (+)-3,3′,5′,5,7-pentahydroflavanone (III) and (+)-dihydromyricetin (IV). Among them, III was a new compound; I and IV were first isolated from genus Hovenis.
