多波长吸收度比值差法的研究与应用

STUDIES ON MULTIWAVELENGTH ABSORBANCE RATIO DIFFERENCE SPECTROPHOTOMETRY AND ITS APPLICATION

  • 摘要: 本文提出了一种新的用于混合组分体系同时测定的分光光度法——多波长吸收度比值差法。阐述了方法的基本原理和实验方法,并试用本法同时测定了盐酸麻黄碱与盐酸苯海拉明、氨基比林与咖啡因二组混合组分。其平均回收率分别为:盐酸麻黄碱101.0%,CV%=1.0;盐酸苯海拉明99.86%,CV%=0.56;氨基比林100.3%,CV%=0.70;咖啡因100.1%,CV%=0.75。其准确度与精密度均令人满意。

     

    Abstract: This paper provides a new method to determine mixed component system by multiwavelength absorbartce ratio difference spectrophotometry and summarized the basic principle and experimental technique of this method. This method was applied to assay the contents of two kinds of mixed component system of diphenhydramine hydrochloride and ephedrine hydrochloride, amidopyrine and caffeine without separation. The mean recoveries with coefficient of variation (%) was 101.0% (1.0%) for ephedrine hydrochloride; 94.86% (0.56%) for diphenhydramine hydrochloride; 100.3% (0.70%) for amidopyrine and 100.1% (0.75%) for caffeine. The results obtained are satisfactory both in recovery and in precision. It is a simple and rapid method to determine mixed component system.
