Abstract:
Five compounds were isolated from the traditional Chinese medicine Qianhu,rootsof
Peucedanum praeruptorum Dunn. Their structures were identified as qianhucoumarin D(I) , PD-Ib(II), qianhucoumarin E(III) ,nodakenetin(IV)and scopoletin(V)by physico-chemical constants andspectral analyses(UV ,IR,lHNMR,
13CNMR , 2D-NMR,EIMS).I and IIl are new compounds,their structures were elucidated as 3'(
S),4'(
S)-diacetoxy-3',4'-dihydroseselin(1)and 3'(
R)-tigloyloxy-4'-keto-3',4'-dihydroseselin(III)and the absolute configurations were determined bychemical correlations with known compounds.IV and V were first isolated from this plant. The
1HNMR and
13CNMR signals of Il were assigned definitely by the experiments of DEPT,
1H-
1HCOSY and 13C-1H COSY.
