抗着床药物的研究——Ⅱ.1-三氟甲基-1,2-二苯基-乙烯类化合物的合成

STUDY ON ANTHMPLANTATION DRUGS——Ⅱ. SYNTHESIS OF 1-TRIFLUOROMETHYL-1, 2-DIPHENYLETHYLENES

摘要: 本文报道合成了若干1-三氟甲基-1,2-二苯基-乙烯衍生物(Ⅵ)(R₁=H,Cl,OCH₃;R₂=H,Cl,OCH₃),其中Ⅵe(R₁=R₂=OCH₃)大白鼠口服给药5mg/kg,连续三天,有显著的抗着床作用。

Abstract: A series of substituted 1-trifluoromethyl-1,2-diphenylethyl-enes Ⅵ_a-e(R₁=H, Cl, OCH₃; R₂=H, CH₃, OCH₃) was synthesized. Compound Ⅵ_c (R₁=R₂=OCH₃) given oral-ly to female rats after mating for three consecutive days in a dosage of 5mg/kg once each day showed marked antiimplantation activity.
