β受体激动剂异丙肾上腺素对小鼠子宫cAMP水平的影响

EFFECT OF BETA ADRENOCEPTOR AGONIST, ISOPRENALINE, ON cAMP LEVELS IN MOUSE UTERUS

  • 摘要: 异丙肾上腺素(ISP)可明显升高子宫cAMP水平,此作用可被心得安能完全拮抗。在去极化小鼠子宫中,ISP升高cAMP的作用与外Ca2+浓度呈反相关系。利血平化后,ISP作用明显增强。提示ISP引起小鼠子宫松驰作用,可能与其激动β受体从而升高cAMP有关;ca2+)与cAMP间有互相拮抗作用,而利血平化后,ISP作用增强可能与此时子宫平滑肌β受体对外源性激动剂效应增敏有关。

     

    Abstract: The effects of isoprenaline (ISP) on cAMP levels in depolarized and non-depolarized mice uteri were studied in vitro. Results showed that ISP could significantly increase the cAMP levels. This action of ISP could be antagonized by propranolol; and in depolarized mice uteri, it was inversely related to the concentration of exogenous Ca2+. Moreover, the action of ISP was markedly enhanced in the uteri from reserpinized mice. The above results suggest that the relaxation of mouse uterus induced by ISP may be related to its agonistic action of β-receptor to cause elevation of cAMP levels and that there may be antagonism between Ca2+ and cAMP in uterine smooth muscle cells. In addition, the enhancement of the action of ISP after reserpine treatment may be due to hypersensitivity of β-receptor in the myometrium to exogenous β-adrenoceptor agonist.
