有机磷农药解毒剂——4-叔丁基-1-(3-取代酰基)吡啶基甲氧甲基-吡啶季铵碘盐的合成

摘要: 为了寻找有机磷农药解毒剂,合成了10个未见文献报道的双吡啶季铵盐化合物,Ⅰ1~100制备中间体4-叔丁基吡啶(2)时,得一副产物,熔点135℃,通过光谱测定,确定其结构为2-(4-吡啶基)-丙醇-2。我们推测了副产物的生成原因,从而改进实验条件,提高了(2)的产率。Abstract: Ten bis-pyridinium salts as antidotes for organophosphorus insecticides were synthesized. A by-product with melting point of 135℃ was obtained during the preparation of intermediate 4-(1,1-dimethylethyl) pyridine (2) and its chemical structure was proved to be 2-(4-pyridyl)-propanol-2 (5) by means of IR, NMR, MS and elemental analysis. A possible mechanism was suggested. By modifying the experimental conditions this by-product was avoided and the yield of (2) was increased from 50% to 84%.
