四环素药代动力学参数的计算与血药尿药浓度相关式

摘要: 本文根据“国产四环素片生物利用度的研究”一文所发表的志愿服药者服用四环素后所测得的血药及尿药浓度数据,计算了四环素在人体的消除速度常数,半衰期、廓清率、吸收速度常数、尿药回收率、尿药排泄速度常数、表观分布容积等药代动力学参数和多次服药后的最低坪浓度。建立了血药与尿药浓度相关式。Abstract: The pharmacokinetic parameters of tetracycline were calculated by using plasma and urinary data in volunteers reported in a previous article. The formula of correlation between blood level and urinary excretion was suggested. The values of K,clr, Ka, F, Vd, and Ke were 0.06409, 65.67ml/hr 0.70,60.88%, 101 L and 0.039 respectively. The minimun plateau levels of six tablets were calculated from single dose experiment.
