南酸枣树皮中柑桔素和南酸枣甙的分离鉴定

THE ISOLATION AND STRUCTURAL DETERMINATION OF NARINGENIN AND CHOEROSPONDIN FROM THE BARK OF CHOEROSPONDIAS AXILLARIS

  • 摘要: 从南酸枣树皮分离到两种双氢黄酮类化合物,经光谱分析证明其中一种是柑桔素,另一种是新化合物,命名为南酸枣甙(choerospondin)即5,7-二羟基双氢黄酮-4′-β-葡萄糖甙(5,7-dihydroxy flavanone-4′-β-D-g1ucoside)。

     

    Abstract: Two flavanones have been isolated from the bark of Choerospondias axillaris (Roxb.) Burtt et Hill. One of them was shown to be identical with naringenin; the other one is a new compound named choerospondin, its structure was found to be 5,7-(tihydroxy flavanone-4'-β-D-glucoside by spectroscopic analysis.
