脂质体、乳剂图像自动定量分析方法

AUTOMATIC QUANTITATIVE ANALYSIS OF IMAGES OF LIPOSOME AND EMULSION

  • 摘要: 目的 研究脂质体、乳剂图像的形态参数的自动测量与定量分析。方法 在研究脂质体、乳剂形态特征的基础上应用数学形态学的多种逻辑算法、灰度-梯度共生矩阵法和灰度图像增强法建立了脂质体图像的参数抽取方法和算法及相应的自动分析软件。结果 此法可抑制图像中的噪声和干扰,提高图像清晰度,建立了脂质体图像的参数抽取自动测量与定量分析方法,并应用于多糖多相脂质体(bipolysaccharide liposome)等样品的分析。结论 此方法能显著提高脂质体图像形态定量分析的速度和精度。

     

    Abstract: AIM Automatic measuring and quantitative analysis of form feature parameter of the liposome and emulsion image. METHODS On the basis of analyzing the form feature of liposome, some algorithms, such as the logical algorithms of mathematical morphologic, the grayscale-gradient co-occurrence matrix-based method and the image enhancement method of grayscale image, were used to construct the parameter of extracting method and software. RESULTS The noise is restrained effectively and the definition of image increases, implementing the automatic measuring of particle parameters. CONCLUSION The analytical result of bipolysaccharide liposome and some emulsions indicate that the method can definitely increase the speed and precision of the measurement.
