A NEW SOURCE OF VINCRISTINE

摘要: 在长春花提取的总生物碱中,证明一种成分N-去甲基长春碱的存在,经甲酰化反应,转变成醛基长春碱,使醛基长春碱的产量增加七倍。甲酰化反应,找到简便的操作方法,试剂价格低、消耗省、产量高。

Abstract: The crude alkaloid fraction of vinca rosea contains N-demethylvinblastine which can be transformed to vincristine by formylation, and, therefore, the amount of the latter is increased seven times.Formylation is easy and convient to carry out. The price of reagents is low. The yield was high.
