几种食用及药用植物所含淀粉形态的研究

摘要: 1.根据不同种植物其所含淀粉形态之不同,可用以鉴定淀粉类商品,包括食品及药品的品种及其纯度。2.本文描述了我国北方习见的26种食用及药用含淀粉植物的淀粉粒形态特征,并附四幅图。3.为了保证研究的正确性,此次观察所用的材料皆由市场购来整个的果实、种子、块根或块茎;取其粉末加水镜检以确定其淀粉的形态特征。Abstract: The morphological characters of starch grains occuring in twenty six species of edible and medicinal plants common in north China are examined and descri- bed in detail with twenty five figures.
