基于中药成分数据库的四物汤化学成分快速定性分析

Qualitative analysis of chemical constituents in Si-Wu Decoction based on TCM component database

  • 摘要: 为了全面快速地阐明四物汤中的化学成分, 本文利用UPLC/Q-TOF-MSE技术以及中药数据库为基础的UNIFI天然产物解决方案对四物汤的乙醇提取液进行了快速分析和鉴定, 经自动检出及人工核对, 鉴定了其中113个化合物的结构。结果表明, 本方法可以快速全面地对四物汤化学成分进行定性分析, 为中药复杂成分的快速分析鉴定提供了新的解决方案。

     

    Abstract: In order to clarify the chemical constituents of Si-Wu Decoction rapidly and holistically, we analyzed the ethanol extract of Si-Wu Decoction by UPLC/Q-TOF-MSE and UNIFI which based on traditional Chinese medicine database, the probable structures of 113 compounds were identified. The results show that this method can rapidly and effectively characterize the chemical compounds of Si-Wu Decoction and provide a new solution for identification of components from complex TCM extract.
