氨咖片中氨基比林的正交函数—分光光度法测定

APPLICATION OF ORTHOGONAL FUNCTION SPECTROPHOTOMETRY TO THE DETERMINATION OF AMIDOPRINE IN COMPOUND AMIDOPRINE AND CAFFEINE TABLETS

  • 摘要: 本文报告了正交函数法—p2法或△p2法在咖啡因存在下直接测定氨基比林的方法。本法操作简单,准确度和精密度均满意。

     

    Abstract: Amidoprine is one of the active ingredients contained in compound tablets of amidoprine and caffeine which can not be determined by the general spectrophotometric method. The proposed method for determination of amidoprine in presence of caffeine is described by the P2 or △p2 method. The results obtained are satisfactory both in recovery and in precision.
