二巰基丁二酸的合成

摘要: 二巰基丁二酸的制备,可由α,α′-二溴代琥珀酸与过量的氢氧化鈉浓溶液作用,生成四个結晶水的丁炔二酸双鈉盐結晶;此盐再与含量为26.5—56.5%的粗品硫代乙酸,在吡啶为催化剂下,可不需日光的照射,立即起加成反应;最后加入稀疏酸溶液,直接加热水解,可获得二巰基丁二酸結晶。应用此方法制备二巰基丁二酸,設备和操作过程簡单安全,反应周期短,有利于工业生产。Abstract: α,α'-Dimercapto-succinic acid was prepared by a simple synthesis involving the addition of thioacetic acid to the disodium salt of acetylene dicarboxylic acid (tetrahydrate), in the presence of dilute sulphuric acid (36.2%) and with pyridine as catalyst, followed by hydrolysis of the resulting addition compound. The disodium salt of acetylene dicarboxylic acid (tetrahydrate) was obtained from dibromosuccinic acid by treating the latter with an excess of concentrated sodium hydroxide solution.
