感尔松含量測定——銀盐沉淀法

ARGENTIMETRIC ESTIMATION OF CUTISONE

  • 摘要: 本文利用感尔松与硝酸銀生成沉淀的反应,应用于感尔松及其片剂的含量測定.即在中性条件下,将一定量硝酸銀与感尔松沉淀,过量的硝酸銀过滤洗下,用硫氰酸氨回滴定.本文并研究了感尔松銀盐沉淀的組成比例,証实了感尔松与硝酸銀結合比例为2:3.并对沉淀的操作条件进行了試驗.本法簡单迅速,平均偏差为±0.5%。

     

    Abstract: A simple but rapid method for estimation of cutisone is proposed as fallows: Weigh accurately about 0.15—0.2 g of cutisone, in a 100 ml beaker, and dissolve it in 30 ml of alcohol. Add 25 ml of 0.1 silver nitrate. Shake well, and filter the'precipitate through a buchner filter under reduced pressure. Wash the beaker and the precipitate with four 10 ml portions of distilled water. Acidify the filtrate with 5 ml nitric acid Add 1 ml of ferric ammonium sulfate indicator and titrated the excess of silver nitrate with 0.1N ammonium thiocynate. Carry out a blank determination using the same quantities of reagents but omitting cutisone. The difference between two titration represents the quantity of silver nitrate used. Each ml of 0.1N silver nitrate is equivalent to 0.01473 g cutisone. The average deviation of the method is ±0.5%.
