厚朴和大叶木兰中厚朴酚与和厚朴酚的含量测定

QUANTITATIVE ANALYSIS OF MAGNOLOL AND HONOKIOL IN THE BARK OF MAGNOLIA OFFICINALIS REHD ET WILS AND MAGNOLIA ROSTRA TA WW SMITH

  • 摘要: 本文报道了用高效液相层析法,分别测定厚朴和大叶木兰中的和厚朴酚与厚朴酚的方法。高效液相层析是用YWG-CH填充柱1(250×4 mm i d),用甲醇—水(78:22)作流动相,压力72kg/cm2,和厚朴酚与厚朴酚能完全分离,且样品中其它成分对分离和测定无影响。本法简便、快速、重现性好。用本法测定了不同产地和来源的厚朴中和厚朴酚与厚朴酚的含量。也测定了大叶木兰的干皮、枝皮和叶子中的和厚朴酚与厚朴酚的含量。

     

    Abstract: The quantity of magnolol and honokiol in the bark of Magnolia officinalis Rehd et Wils and M rostrata WW Smith was determined by high performance liquid chromatogrophy. The sample was soaked with methanol and the extract injcted diretly into the column. A 250×4 mm id column of YWG-CH (C18 chemically bonded stationary phase) was used with 78% methanol as the mobile phase. The peaks of magnolol and honokiol were well separated. The quantity was determined by peak height measurements.The method was sensitive, convenient and rapid.
