肿瘤的化学治疗:N-羟乙基-异喹啉-3-羧酸内酯衍生物的合成

TUMOR CHEMOTHERAPY: SYNTHESIS OF N-HYDROXYETHYL-ISOQUINOLINE-3-CARBOXYLIC LACTONE DERIVATIVES

  • Abstract: It was reported that dopa methyl ester exhibited pronounced inhibitory action against various kinds of animal tumors. Many lactonc compounds such as camptothecin, bruceantin arc also characterized by its action against animal tumors.In the present paper some dopa ester analogues had been synthesized, in which lactone was introduced to replace the ester groups and isoquinolin ring was used to replace dopamine structure.The above mentioned compounds were screened against S-180 and EAC in mice, but none showed marked inhibitory activity.
