青天葵中一个新二萜苷

A new labdane diterpenoid glycoside from Nervilia fordii

  • 摘要: 利用D101大孔吸附树脂、硅胶、ODS柱色谱以及制备型高效液相色谱等方法对青天葵植物化学成分进行研究,从青天葵的60%乙醇提取物中分离得到一个新的半日花烷型二萜苷(1)。通过HR-MS、1D和2D NMR以及化学方法鉴定化合物1为12,17-epoxy-3-hydroxy-17-methoxy-labdan-13-en-16,15-olide 3-O-α-rhamnopyranosyl-(1→2)-O-β-glucopyranoside,命名为nervilifordoside A。

     

    Abstract: To study the chemical constituents of Nervilia fordii (Hance) Schltr., various chromatographic methods were used, including D101 macroporous resin, silica gel, ODS and preparative HPLC chromatographic techniques. A new labdane diterpenoid glycoside named as nervilifordoside A was isolated from 60% EtOH extract of Nervilia fordii. The structure of compound 1 was elucidated as 12, 17-epoxy-3-hydroxy-17-methoxy-labdan-13-en-16, 15-olide 3-O-α-rhamnopyranosyl-(1→2)-O-β-glucopyranoside on the basis of HR-MS, 1D and 2D NMR spectroscopic data as well as chemical methods.
