轮环藤根中新双苄基异喹啉生物碱轮环藤新碱的分离鉴定

CYCLEANEONINE, A NEW BISBENZYLISOQUINOLINE ALKALOID FROM CYCLEA RACEMOSA OLIV

  • 摘要: 从四川产轮环藤(防己科Cyclea racemosa Oliv)根中获得一种新的双苄基异喹啉(BBI)生物碱,命名轮环藤新碱(cycleaneonine)。通过质谱和几种光谱鉴定分析,证明分子中具有一个对-二甲苯基部份,结构如(Ⅰ)。这种基核结构的BBI生物碱是首次从Cyclea属植物中获得。初步药理试验表明,轮环藤新碱具有显著的抗癌活性。

     

    Abstract: Cycleaneonine (Ⅰ), a new bisbenzylisoqainoline alkaloid, has been isolated from the roots of Cyclea racemosa Oliv. (Menispermaceae) growing wild in Siehuan Province. The structure of cycleaneonine was established as (Ⅰ) on the basis of spectral analysis (UV, IR, MS, 1HNMR, 13CNMR) and physicochemical properties. It is a head-to-tail bisbenzylisoquinoline alkaloid possessing a substituted p-xylyl moiety, the first example having been found in the genus Cyclea.Cycleaneonine was found to show significant inhibitory activity against human carcinoma of the stomach cells carried in cell culture.
