Abstract: The diuretic action of Dvasid has been clearly demonstrated in acute experiments on dogs as well as in chronic experiments on rats.No difference has been observed in the diuretic potency between Divasid and K-strophanthin when equal doses in cat units were employed. Divasid,like K-strophanthin,possesses a slight sedative action on mice,as has been shown with a modified Schlaginweit’s method of Hu(胡崇家).
