氧氟沙星在胶束溶液中的电分析化学特性
ELECTROANALYTICAL CHARACTERISTICS OF OFLOXACIN IN MICELLAR SOLUTION

摘要: 研究了氧氟沙星在胶束溶液中的电分析化学特性,在pH6.30的磷酸盐溶液中,当有0.001%Tween-80存在时,氧氟沙星于-1.46V(vsSCE)产生一灵敏示波极谱波,利用此波可测定10-8mol·L-1氧氟沙星。用电毛细曲线、换液试验、循环伏安等方法证实该波为吸附不可逆波,提出了氧氟沙星的电化学反应机理。此方法可用于尿及血清中氧氟沙星测定。相对标准偏差小于7.0%。Abstract: In a pH 6.30 buffer solution containing 0.001% Tween-80,ofloxacin(OFX)gives a sensitive polarographic wave at-1.46 V(vs SCE),which can be used for the determinationof OFX downto 10-8mol·L-1.The linearrange is from 1.39×l0-7 to 1.39×10-5 mol·L-1.Theproposed method was applied to detennination of OFX in urine and serum samples with relativestandard deviation less than 7.0%.
