穿心莲的组织形态研究及爵床科其它四种中草药的比较鉴别

  • 摘要: 本文对爵床科的中草药穿心莲Andrographis paniculata(Brum.f.) Nees,及同科的其他四种中草药——大青叶马兰Strobilanthes cusia(Nees) O.Kuntze=Baphicanthus cusia(Nees) Bremek.、化痰清Dieliptera crinita(Thunb.) Nees、瓦子草爵床Rostellularia procumbens(L.)Nees=Justicia larocumbens L.及红泽兰日本马兰Strobilanthes japonicus(Thunb.) Miq.花前期的茎、叶,进行了组织形态的比较观察。同时,我们对穿心莲的各个不同生长发育阶段的茎、叶进行了较系统的组织观察,证明构造各不相同。因此,可以根据组织构造判断其生长期,因为花前期的穿心莲叶、茎的有效成分含量最高。

     

    Abstract: The anatomic features of leaves and stems of Andrographis paniculata (Burm. f.) Nees. with Da-Chin-Yu Strobilanthes cusia (Nees) O. Kuntze=Baphicanthus cusia (Nees) Bremek., Hua-Tun-Chin Dicliptera crinita (Thunb.) Nees, Wa-Zi-Chau Rostellularia procumbens (L.) Nees=Justicia procumbens L., and Hug-Ge-LanStrobilanthes japonicus (Thunb.) Miq. have been compared carefully for the reference of appraisal and the collection.We repeatly studied the anatomic features of leaves and stems only in Antragraphis paniculata (Burro. f.) Nees, during the different stages of their development. The result confirmed that their features were different in each stage. Therefore we considered that the stages of development could be determined according to their different anatomic features.
