Abstract: In this paper, a theoretical foundation of sampling design has been suggested for linear one compartment open model for drugs administered via non-blood-vessel way. This theoretical result is confirmed by practical calculation on computer for different data of drug blood concentrations. Finally, an implemental procedure of sampling design has been suggested for this model.
