3种新型α1-受体阻断剂的高效毛细管电泳手性分离

CHIRAL SEPARATION OF THREE NEW ANTAGONISTS OF ALPHA 1-ADRENOCEPTORS BY CAPILLARY ELECTROPHORESIS

  • 摘要: 目的 建立3种新型α1-受体拮抗剂阿夫唑嗪、特拉唑嗪、多沙唑嗪的手性分离方法。方法 通过探讨环糊精的种类、浓度、缓冲液的浓度、pH值对分离的影响,选择手性分离的最佳条件。结果 3种新型α1-受体阻断剂的光学异构体得到基线分离。结论 所建立的方法可用于该类药物的手性研究。

     

    Abstract: AIM To establish new methods for the chiral sepatation of three new drugs, ie, alfuzosin, terazosin and doxazosin. METHODS By optimizing factors which affect the chiral separation, the kinds and concentrations of cyclodextrin, the pH value and the concentration of buffer, the optimum conditions for chiral separation were selected. RESULTS The enantiomers of three new drugs were base-line-separated. CONCLUSION The newly established method can be used to study the enantiomers of three new drugs.
