闽皖八角果倍半萜内酯成分的研究

STUDIES ON SESQUITERPENE LACTONES FROM ILLICIUM MINWANENSE B.N. CHANG ET S.D ZHANG

  • 摘要: 从闽皖八角果(Illicium minwanense B.N.ChangetS.D.Zhang)的甲醇提取物中分离出五个化合物,经光谱分析,并与标准品对照,证明其中四个为已知化合物,分别鉴定为莽草毒素(anisatin.I)、伪莽草毒素(pseudoanisatin,II)、6-去氧伪莽草毒素(6-deoxypseudoanisatin,Ill)和莽草酸(shikimicacid,IV)。V为一新化合物,命名为闽皖八角素(minwanensin)。

     

    Abstract: A new sesquiterpene lactone was isolated along with the known anisatin(I),pseudoanisatin(II),6-deoxypseudoanisatin(III)and shikimic acid(IV)from pericarps of the fruit of IUicium minwanense B. N. Chang et S.D. Zhang,family Magnoliaceae,collected in Anhui provence.This new sesquiterpene lactone exhibited no toxicity in mice. Its structure was elucidated as V andnamed as minwanensin. The detailed physical and chemical data were presented.
