β-谷甾醇侧链的降解:Δ4-雄甾烯-3,17-二酮的生成

MICROBIAL DEGRADATION OF β-SITOSTEROL:PRODUCTION OF △4-ANDROSTENE-3,17-DIONE

  • 摘要: 用牝牛分枝杆菌(Mycobacterium vaccae 209-20)切断β-谷甾醇(Ib)的侧链,获得△4-雄甾烯-3,17-二酮(Ⅱ)和少量的△1.4-雄甾烯-3,17-二酮(Ⅲ)。产物Ⅱ的收率为32%。

     

    Abstract: Degradation of the side chain of β-sitosterol.(Ib) gave Δ4-androstene-3, 17-dione (II) and a small amount of Δ1,4-androstdiene-3, 17-dione (Ⅲ) byMycobacterium vaccae 209-20. The yield of the product II was 32%.
