零交导数光谱法测定复方对乙酰氨基酚片中各组分的含量

摘要: 复方对乙酰氨基酚片中对乙酰氨基酚、阿斯匹林、咖啡因三种组分在零阶导数光谱中吸收峰重叠,本文用零交二阶导数结合联立方程组法,不经分离,直接同时测定。本法快速、准确、计算比较简单。三批模拟粉料与三批生产样品测定结果都比较满意,并与山东省药品标准的容量分析法相符合。Abstract: The zero--order derivative absorption spectra of aspirin, paracetamol and caffeineare closely overlapping. In this paper, a zero--crosssing derivative spectrophotometry combined withsimultaneous equations is proposed for the determination of the three components in a mixture withoutthe need of prior separation. Satisfactory results were obtained. The method is reproducible, accurateand rapid. Calculation is not complicated. This method could be applied to biological fluid analysis.
