STUDIES ON AMINOTHIAZO PENICILIATE DERIVATIVES

摘要: 本文报道了几个氨噻肟类青霉素衍生物的合成及抗菌活性,其中一个化合物的抗菌活性与氨苄青霉素相似,表明此类化合物具有进一步研究价值。

Abstract: Nine aminothiazo peniciliate derivatives were synthesized and their antibacterial activities were tested. The antibacterial activity of compound Ⅶ₂ is similar to that of ampicillin. The result suggests that this analog of compounds worth to be studied further.
