木犀草素及山奈酚的全合成
SYNTHESIS OF LUTEOLIN AND KAEMPFEROL

摘要: 本文报道了黄酮类化合物木犀草素(祛痰新药)和山奈酚的全合成,改进了合成山奈酚的最后两步反应,即化合物Ⅶ的Algar-Flynn-Oymada氧化反应及化合物Ⅸ的脱甲基反应。以间苯三酚为原料合成木犀草素总收率为3~5%,而合成山奈酚的总收率为10~17%。Abstract: The synthesis of flavones luteolin and kaempferol is describid. In the preparation of the latter compound, the last two steps, Algar-Oyamada oxidation of Ⅶ and demethylation of Ⅸ have been improved. The overall yields of luteolin, and kaempferol, using phloro-glucinol as the starting material, are 3~5% and 10~17% respectively.
