酒石酸锑钾和葡萄糖酸锑钠合并应用的毒性研究

STUDIES ON THE COMBINED TOXICITY OF TARTAR EMETIC AND SODIUM ANTIMONY GLUCONATE

摘要: 本文用Loewe图解分析法分析了五价葡萄糖酸锑钠与三价酒石酸锑钾合并应用时对小白鼠的毒性。结果发现用五价葡萄糖酸锑钠LD₅₀的1/4,1/2及3/4的剂量分别与三价酒石酸锑钾合并应用时,二种锑剂的毒性间有明显的对抗作用。

Abstract: The combined toxicity of sodium antimony gluconate (SAG_sb^v) and tartar emetic (PAT_sb^Ⅲ) was analysed in mice according to Loewe's method. It was found that when sodium antimony gluconate in the doses of 1/4, 1/2, and 3/4 respectively of its LD₅₀ was used in combination with tartar emetic, a marked antagonistic effect in their toxicities occured.
