用二维核磁共振技术研究赤芝孢子内酯A和B的结构

APPLICATION OF 2D NMR TECHNIQUES IN THE STRUCTURE DETERMINATION OF GANOSPORELACTONE A AND B

  • 摘要: 通过1H-1H,1H-13C相关谱(COSY),1H-13C远程偶合相关谱(OOLOC)及NOE二维谱(NOESY)等新的二维核磁共振技术确定了两个新化合物赤芝孢子内酯A和B的结构。

     

    Abstract: Structure and stereochemistry of ganosporelactone A and B isolated from the spores of Ganoderma lucidum have been elucidated by the use of 1H -1H COSY, 1H -13C COSY, 1H- 13C COLOC and NOESY 2D NMR spectroscopy. Ganosporelactone A and B are two novel pentacyclic triterpenoids which may be biogenetically derived from lanostane skeleton through the construction of C16 and C23 bond.
