鲫鱼胆的两种新成分

CHEMICAL COMPOSITION OF MAESE PERLARIUS

  • 摘要: 目的:研究鲫鱼胆(Maesa perlarius(Lour.) Merr.)全草的化学成分。方法:利用各种色谱技术进行分离纯化,根据理化性质和波谱分析等进行结构鉴定。结果:从该植物乙醇总浸膏的甲醇部分中分离得到2个化合物,分别鉴定为3β,16α,21β,22α-四羟基齐墩果-12-烯-28-醛(1),21β,22α-二当归酰氧基-16α,28-二羟基-13β,28-氧合-齐墩果烷-3β-O-[α-L-鼠李糖(1→2)-β-D-半乳糖(1→3)]-β-D-半乳糖(1→2)-β-D-葡糖醛酸苷(2);1,2分别命名为鲫鱼胆皂苷元A和鲫鱼胆皂苷。结论:1和2均为新化合物,2为从该属植物中分得的第1个皂苷纯品。

     

    Abstract: AIM: To study the chemical composition in the whole herb Maese perlarius. METHODS: Various chromatograthic techniques were used to separate and purify the constituents. Their physical and chemical properties and spectral data were measured for structural elucidation. RESULTS: Two new compounds were isolated and identified as olean-12-en-3β,16α,21β,22α-tetrahydroxy-28-al (1) and 21β,22α-diangeloyloxy-13β,28-oxydoolean-16α,28-diol-3β-O-([α-L-rhamnopyranosyl(1→2)-β-D-galactopyranosyl(1→3)]-β-D-alactopyranosyl(1→2)-β-D-glucuronopyrannoside (2), respectively. CONCLUSION: Compounds 1 and 2 are new.
