平喘酮结构的研究

STRUCTURE ELUCIDATION OF ANTIASTHMONE (1, 1'-BISISOMENTHONE)

  • 摘要: 平喘酮为消旋胡椒酮的二聚体,是一种新平喘药。经紫外、红外、核磁共振和质谱等光谱分析认为熔点166~168℃化合物的结构为内消旋1,1′-双异薄荷酮(meso-1,1′-Bisisomenthone);137~139℃化合物为其外消旋异构体。本文叙述了上述光谱的图谱分析。

     

    Abstract: Antiasthmone, a piperitone dimer, is a new effective antiasthmodic drug. Its structure was elucidated by spectrometric methods (UV, IR, NMR and MS). The structure of the compound melting at 166~168℃ is considered to be meso-1,1'- bisisomenthone. The compound melting at 137~139℃ is the racemic modification. The spectral interpretation was described.
