CHEMICAL CONSTITUENTS FROM MICHELIA SPHAERANTHA C.Y.WU

摘要: 目的：研究木兰科植物毛果含笑(Michelia spaerantha C.Y.Wu)地上部分的倍半萜等类化学成分。方法：用硅胶柱色谱法反复进行分离纯化，根据理化性质和光谱数据鉴定其化学结构。结果：分得8个化合物，分别鉴定为9,14-二羟基-1(10),4-吉马烷型-12,8-倍半萜内酯［1(10)E,4E,8α,9β］(I)、芥子醛(II)、丁香脂素(III)、丁香醛(IV)、3,3′-二甲氧基-4,4′-二羟基-9,9′-单环氧木脂素(V)、二十九烷(VI)、十六烷酸(VII)、β-谷甾醇(VIII)。结论：化合物I为新化合物，命名为含笑内酯A。

Abstract: AIM: To investigate the sesquiterpene and other constituents of the aerial parts of Michelia sphaerantha C.Y.Wu. METHODS: The compounds were separated by rechromatography on silica gel. Their structures were determined by spectral analysis and chemical evidence. RESULTS: Eight compounds were isolated. Their structures were elucidated as 9,14-dihydroxy-1(10),4-germacratrien-12,8-olide［1(10)E,4E,8α,9β］ (I), sinapaldehyde (II), syringarosinol (III), syringaldehyde (IV), 3,3′-dimethyloxy-4,4′-dihydroxy-9,9′-monoepoxy lignan (V), nonacosane (VI), hexadecanoic acid (VII) and β-sitosterol (VIII).CONCLUSION: Compound I, named sphaelactone A, is a new product.
