羊红膻根的化学成分研究

STUDIES ON THE CHEMICAL CONSTITUENTS OF THE ROOT OF PIMPINELLA THELLUNGIANA WOLFF.

  • 摘要: 羊红膻根为伞形科植物缺刻叶茴芹(Pimpinella thellungiana Wolff。)的根,从中分得3个化合物,经鉴定为(Ⅰ)β-谷甾醇,(Ⅱ)γ-谷甾醇(Ⅲ)一个新天然化合物,其结构为3-甲氧基-5-(1′-乙氧基-2′-羟基丙基)-苯酚,命名为羊红膻根素。

     

    Abstract: Three crystalline substances were isolated from the foot of Pimpinella thellungiana Wolff., of which two were identified as β-sitosterol and γ-sitosterol.Compound 111 was obtained as white granular crystals melting at 101~102.5℃ with the empirical formula C12H18O4. By meaans of UV, IR, 1H NMR, 13C NMR and MS, its strudture was identfied as 3-methoxy-5-(1'-ethoxy-2'-hydroxypropyl)-phenol. It was found for the first time in the plant.
