薄层色谱中最佳展开剂配比的预测

PREDICTION OF OPTIMUM MOBILE PHASE COMPOSITION FOR THIN LAYER CHROMATOGRAPHY

  • 摘要: 本文根据薄层色谱中样品保留值,样品斑点展宽与多元流动相组成间的关系以及经修改了的复合形和改良单纯形寻优算法,初步建立了一套用计算机寻求最佳展开剂配比的方法体系,并运用本文建立的寻优方法确定了分离中成药戊己丸中有效成分的最佳展开剂配比。

     

    Abstract: Based on the relationships between the solute retention, spot width and the composition of multicomponent mobile phase in TLC, this paper developed a method for determining optimum mobile phase composition. By means of the retention data obtained in TLC using ternary mobile phase, a procedure for the optimization of the ternary mobile phase composition was developed. An example of the optimal process for the separation of the main components in Chinese patent medicine was demonstrated.
