国产沉香化学成分的研究 Ⅱ.白木香醇和去氢白木香醇的分离和结构

STUDIES ON THE CHEMICAL CONSTITUENTS OF AQUILARIA SINENSIS (LOUR.) GILG. Ⅱ. ISOLATION AND STRUCTURE OF BAIMUXINOL AND DEHYDROBAIMUXINOL

  • 摘要: 自国产沉香系瑞香料(Thymelaceae)植物白木香(Aquilaria slnensuis(Lour.)Gilg.)的含有黑色树脂的木质部的挥发油中经硅胶柱层析和制备性薄层层析分离得到两个新的沉香呋喃类倍半萜,分别命名为白木香醇(baimuxinol)和去氢白木香醇(dehydrobaimuxinol)。经光谱IR,1H NMR,MS分析和化学方法,确定它们的结构分别为式(Ⅰ)和(Ⅱ)。

     

    Abstract: Two new sesquiterpenoids, baimuxinol C15)H26O2 mp 128~130℃,. αD30-83°(c 0.56, CHCl3) and dehydrobaimuxinol C15H24O2 mp 136~138℃,αD26+25°(c, 1.60, CHCl3), have been isolated from the volatile oil of Aquilaria sinensis (Lour). Gilg. (Thymelaceae) by silica gel column chromatog raphy. Based on spectral (IR,1H NMR and MS)analysis and chemical reactions their structures were idenntified as(Ⅰ)and (Ⅱ) respectively.
